Illustration and lettering projects by Suzy Mora

My artworks are full of color and rich in personality. I convey lots of love to each project that I work on with the intent of transmitting impactful feelings to anyone that looks at it.
![]() This artwork represents the courage people put into healing. Our wounds will not go away, but we'll get better and make the best out of them, much like the Japanese Kintsukuroi, the art of repairing broken pottery with gold. The mended heart will be beautiful and beat with full strength. | ![]() I'm not big on New Year Resolutions but I did set a few goals that I'd like to achieve this year as part of the January prompt from the @editartz group It was fun to think about this year and create an infographic showing what I look forward to doing in 2020. I've been working so much on myself, my mental and physical health, that now I'm ready to work more on my business too. | ![]() A very especial project, custom illustration and lettering work done on traveling suitcases. This commission came from my mom, she asked me to personalize her suitcases! I did one design with a deer, one of her favorite animals, and the other one with a quote she likes a lot (If you cry when the sun is gone, you won’t ever see the stars). My mamma was so happy with her suitcases! |

![]() Carlo is the original Birdie Friend, a Merlo that visits his human friend and sings his heart out | ![]() Birdie Friends, a GIF for a project about all the birds found around. This GIF is part of a project including several pieces that inspire and empower people so they can use them on Giphy, Instagram and other parts. Available when looking up "suzymora" | ![]() A pin idea for sushi lovers |
![]() A portrait of my mom enjoying her personal paradise, the beach in Costa Rica | ![]() Body types shouldn't define our value and it's important for us all to stop giving beauty standards so much power. I have struggled with my body image for a long time but was never really able to "love my body", what I did instead was to start appreciating it. My body helps me live my life, I can eat, exercise, have fun, love people, and many other things because of my body. Just the simple, yet rebellious act of appreciating your body in a society that tells you to hate it is oh so empowering | ![]() Taking a positive spin on the word "beast" to describe a potent and magical creature and inspire others |
![]() A GIF inspired by the iconic mouth that represents the Ladies, Wine & Design initiative | ![]() This GIF is part of a project including several pieces that inspire and empower people so they can use them on Giphy, Instagram and other parts. Available when looking up "suzymora" | ![]() Boobs are awesome and boob raves should be a thing |
![]() Flourishing illustrations around the word Gratitude | ![]() It's always a good time to start | ![]() An open mind and positive attitude can take you far |
![]() Being an immigrant is bittersweet and can mean having two, or more, places to call home | ![]() A piece inspired by my boyfriend, who gets a really sweet smile on his face every time I give him a kiss | ![]() A cool pattern I worked on for some products |
![]() Concept for a mural I created | ![]() We're part of the universe and it is part of every one of us | ![]() We're part of the universe and it is part of every one of us |
